I havent used the stopwatch or alarm settings so cannot comment on that but overall its a good watch at a cheap price

The strap isnt too long and has plenty of holes so should fit a widerange of wrist sizes

All you do is press the button marked reset until the appropriate time flashes on the subdial

As it counts down the time remaining is indicated by the progress of the flashing section nothing shows up on the main screen so you only have a rough idea of what point the countdown is at
