The watch is very sturdy metal case but not so heavy as to be uncomfortable. Strap is a little basic but comfortable. My only concern is the durability of the strap.
It has day/date. Simple adjustment to different time zones. And love the analog time.
Many people review that this is not a real diver's watch because the bezel does not rotate and it's only waterproof to 100 meters. Much lighter and accurate than a true diver's watch (automatic) looks good, lightweight, and easy to adjust the time.
Cons
It's cheap looking not what i expecting after reading all the reviews. Not what i was expecting. It's very cheap.

Quality
Being solar powered, you can set it and not worry about replacing the battery.
No need to adjust time regularly as on my seiko diver's automatic prevents less secure crown's seal to fail.
Unfortunately the mineral glass is prone to scratching, especially the edges of the glass as the glass sits slightly above the bezel.
I changed the time to dst the 13th of march, since then it either looses a fraction of a second and/or is faster a fraction of second.
Price
Rough it up without worrying about cost).
On the pro-side, next to the lower price, it's a quartz watch, so very accurate, and with solar-power the battery will never fail on me.

The original box for the watch was damaged which is fine.
Purchased this watch from the amazon warehouse and was surprised with the condition the watch was in.
Competitiveness
I was very close to buy a seiko diver, looking at the new seiko 5 and the seiko skx.
I enjoy this watch just as much as my more expensive real divers .

Keep in mind for the big watches fans this is just an average size it would be a great model with let say 50mm
