Pros

The headphone jack spares my family members from having to listen to somebody practice. The default grand piano is excellent, and most of the other voices are also good. The sound - even without auxiliary speaker/s is excellent.

Stay tuned. It's amazingly awesome!

Beats the yamaha p115, although the yamaha does have a better built in speakers. Only con with casio px-160 for me is that i would have preferred dedicated function *, rather than multi-function * that require you to press a button and a key to switch...  Read More

Only wish is for a quieter keybed and more midi din socket. Comes with a good pedal, but not great, so recommend buying a separate one.

The only hing that i don't like about this keyboard is how noisy the keys are after being struck. This is not a dealbreaker -- it's actually common with many electronic keyboards. Eliminates the fuss and distractions that come with other keyboards.

Quality

I love the quality, realistic response of the keys and nice classical look of the piano

4 on portability because it's quite heavy but overall i'm satisfied with the product.

It's just one place where casio could improve the product.

I purchase a yamaha and a roland and sent them both back because the sound quality sucked and the response was way slow, the ro...  Read More

Price

The price is perfect, and the weighted action is actually pretty good.

The casio privia px-160 is the best electronic piano for the beginner for the price.

😊 no it isn’t a korg or roland, and neither was the price.

Competitiveness

Very affordable and beats competition at this price range.

Better feel and sound than some $2000 machines!

I would still perhaps keep it as competition isnt much better (not at 450usd), but i noticed some of the keys were defected and...  Read More

It's pretty common for people to ask me for a recommendation for a good digital piano for the price.

Im a piano beginners so i cant say much about piano sound quality but i think the sound of pressing the keys is too loud when trying to practice in the living room my so told me that is better to play with sound because at least is good sound instead of just noise
