Pros & Cons
Pros
I lovethe feeling when pressing it, so real coz it's heavy. It's heavy, durable and the soft rubber bottom does not slip around on carpet or wood floors. This is not a fault- casio on some models simulates the damper sound with what sounds like a meta... Read More
Casio keyboards and yamaha pedals and vice-versa. Works perfectly with my 10+ year old casio lk-300tv keyboard. Also, i have a yamaha keyboard and this is a casio pedal- it's not an issue.
Cons
Very poor, very disappointing considering the price. Is supposed to be the other way around. Even then, the sustain is not sustained. I wish my son would have told me this before the return window disappeared.

Tried a roland dp10 realfeel pedal with nonslip rubber plate that had a switch on the side to change polarity but it was not fully compatible with the casio pxs3100 privia keyboard to activate and disengage as a sustain pedal

Never had any reliability issues though i wipe it fairly clean before stuffing it back into the casio case when packing up after each gig

With many other pedals ive had to keep the ball of my foot atop the body and use my heel to activate the pedal

It is quality i just think it is overpriced and dislike that i couldnt get a more universal pedal that i would likely use for other devices as well

Other reviewers have noted that the onset is not as smooth as some pedals and i have noticed the same but since i use this only in live settings and not in the studio and the casio keyboard isnt nearly the quality of a high end korg or nord it isnt an issue

The damper that came with my digital piano was flimsy and hard to use as it would slide
