Pros
The watch is very accurate by syncing to radio time signals. The automatic time update works well. The date format is configurable and the watch is waterproof up to 20 atm. The main feature is the radio receiver for picking up the msf clock signal.
The watch does everything it is supposed to do and more. It is slightly heavy due to the stainless steel strap, but i am used to wearing resin straps. The bracelet can be adjusted, took me about 10 minutes.
Unpacked watch and had it set up and running in 10 minutes using clear instructions.
Cons
The strap is exceptionally hard to adjust and took ages to adjust. All i actually want from a wristwatch is that it will stay on my wrist and tell me the time. Now thinks it is in japan and despite being reset.
Main grouse is that the face design is fussy and cluttered. Refusing to come on when the button was pressed or flickering on and then not coming on again.

Quality
Very pleased with the watch, easy to set up, the functions are really good and all at a great price
It looks great on the hand, bringing some respect and self-confidence with the look.
With the surround of the face being slightly proud of the glass, that should provide it with a degree of protection from scratching.
Price
So much more useful than my gold watch which cost soooooo much more, and can only tell the time!

I am not what you would could call small medium or large 6 ft plus and i work out but the wrist strap is on the smallest setting and it is still lose enough for 2 fingers to easily pass behind the strap and my wrist
