Pros
This mattress from casper demands a firm foundation. Also, the removable cover is beautiful and soft. It isn't too squishy that i feel like i'm being * in.
Before the mattress felt like i was rolling off of a cliff. A true platform is best, but a bolstered box spring is an adequate alternate.
Great product fiancee loves it. The only complaint i have, which others have noted in their reviews, is the smell. It still has the offgassing odors. Overall, would highly recommend.
Cons
All of my sheets sag and look like they're full sized clothes on an anemic / half-starved person. It makes my bed look ridiculous, but at least it's tolerable. They are agressive and basically sue anybody who has clout that gives there mattress a bad ... Read More
It's a bunch of cheap foam glued together and sold for a grand. I had extremely high hopes considering the marketing and glowing reviews.
Terrible, dishonest company. It is absurd how fraudulent and unethical this company is. They already have one class action lawsuit for lying to investors, looks like they are trying to get another one for injuring children!

Its just right on the firm/soft scale (slightly firm) and doesn't overheat.

We figured why not with costco's return policy and we didn't have to wait for shipping.
Update 1/22/2020after sending over a ton of pictures and doing a lot of work, casper finally agreed to send me a new mattress.

We deprived ourselves of getting a brand new bed for the past 15yrs and just got those memory foam “toppers” because we rather had taken the kids 3 kids on vacation instead
