Price
Now i have a super high quality bed for much, much less than it otherwise would have cost.
Packaging/appearance
It came in a very small box, was easy to set up, and was just perfect out of the box.
The video shows the product being unpacked.
The cover is included in the box unwrapped, it says spot clean only so i run the steam cleaner over it before the assembly.
I removed it from the box and unrolled it and then left it to take shape overnight.
Competitiveness
I trust casper as a brand to not lie, but this is quite a bit different feeling than other memory foams i've encountered.

I’d hoped that since the topper was only 2” i’d be able to leave it on when folding the bed away but that didn’t work it was too thick to get the bed folded back into the couch

I have an extra firm mattress and while the supporting spring is firm my arms often waking up hurting
