Pros

There is really no assembly -- it just unfolds and is ready to go. Just unbox and unfold. For those of us who really want a bookcase 20” wide and 10’ tall that fits in the car, and who are going to paint it to match the room, it’s perfect.

I have it on new, carpet flooring so hopefully it doesn't tip over. It's not wobbly despite being on carpet. Given that it is a folding unit, it really is quite sturdy.

The espresso color looks elegant. It looks exactly as advertised. It's a great colour as it matches the rest of my furniture.

Cons

This bookshelf has a very unpleasant odor. Defective products happen, so i ordered a replacement. The bookcase is okay, but it is waaaayyyy over priced.

The wood is solid but the hinges were poorly installed, resulting in the wood splitting, and the top shelf breaking away from the hinge. They’re not sturdy! The video states the shelves has a 50lb limit but the photo shows the shelves have a 25 lbs li... Read More
