It is doable on small kitchen and very portable. It's compact enough to fit into my small kitchen with no issues, and the leaf allows for 3 people to sit comfortably. Will serve as a counter while doing food prep and a table to dine on.

It is true to the dimensions in the description, but i had imagined it would be bigger. The drop leaf when up allows plenty of space to work or eat or whatever we need. It easily rolls out of the way when needed.

Other than that i think it's prettier as a picture than it is an actual object. Not safe. Not worth the hassle.

This review is marred by missing parts and the slow response to fix this. The worst are the wobbly uneven drawers and stools that were warped and i had to bend to fit. The wheels at the bottom barely work.

The bottom pieces to the drawers are not wide enough, and do not fit into the grooves of the wood. You basically have to shove them in. There was a hole that wasn't drilled.

It is good if you want a cheap uneven breakable wood table set. There is no lock for the hinged leg that holds up the drop-leaf. A tv tray is a better value than this.
