Pros
The jury is still out on durability as it's only been 2 weeks but so far it's great. The sturdy build and affordable price make it a great choice for networking needs. I compared it with a cat5e, which has a little higher latency.
Flat cable makes a much neater installation, especially when running 100ft of it. Straightening out/getting rid of kinks can take an afternoon. I know the cable isn't snagged or pinched.
Cons
The cable itself is pretty thin so it lays flat along the wall if you're stringing it up there. Inexplicably stopped working after 2 weeks. Return and refund.

The flat cable is easy to wind up and store when i'm not using it.

These were on sale for $22 cad (they claim half off) and are great for the price.

Cables arrived quickly, and did the job as expected.
No complaints, delivery was on time and they work as advertised.
I pay for 500 mbps and this delivered 700+ mbps download and 30-40 upload at 100 feet.
Packaging/appearance
The package comes with velcro ties, twist ties and fasteners if you're looking to fix the cable to a path.
It comes spooled in the package so i suggest taking advantage of that and unwinded carefully until you get your path figured out.
