The one caveat to all of this is the this adhesive is not scotch tape strong.
Cons
This tape is so difficult to get started, as in to start peeling it off. The glue is ferociously sticky. The paper is not easy to peel away.

The adhesion is great, its easy to remove and its was great price.

I can see it being annoying if you have it in a high traffic area because it is very visible and seems to grab at you when you walk by but it’s that other annoying remedies or a scratched up piece of furniture

I haven’t tried to remove it so i can’t attest to ease of removal or possible damage to the couch upon removal

You simply stick the tape on your catvulnerable furniture and cats just dont like to put their paws there to scratch

Honestly it was on the edges of the carpet which was their most loved scratching spot but since it has been there they are redirecting to the actual scratching posts and scratching cardboard
