Pros
Cat8 is overkill, but i prefer it because of the double shielding against interference. Used a couplehundred feet so far.
Cons
The only way to know the ow, gw, bw and brw wires is to keep track of the twisted pair as you unwrap it from the foil. Cable wire is twisted & not solid copper.
