Highlights
Quality
It’s of a very good quality - leaves only no stems.
These teas taste delicate and have a smooth, subtle, and excellent flavor.
If you’ve never had yaupon- imo it doesn’t taste like yerba mate which i’m not a fan of.
Light roast was good but i think yaupon really shines when toasted.
Price
I love it i wish it weren’t so expensive.
It is a little expensive, but i think worth the price for an unusual, nice tasting tea.
Packaging/appearance
Keep in mind, the leaves are not washed before they are dried, cut up, and packaged.
Competitiveness
From what i can tell, catspring is a trustworthy grower.
Cost is higher, but not any more than the "high end name brands" out there.
I will probably try the dark-roast next but i will most likely buy the medium-roast again unless the dark-roast is very much better.
