I wish the thumb-screw to tighten the sides of the adapter was a bit wider to let me torque it down better. This particular piece is attached to a bogen variable friction magic arm for quick connect of my cameras in my home studio.
This clamp is compatible with all my arca-swiss plates. Includes milled channels for the plates that have anti-drop pegs.
Hifine cl-90n is as long as the rail on the lens (just over three inches) make sure you screw in the insert from the bottom of the adapter. Used to atach gopro and osmo gimbal to tripod ball head. Worked fine for converting a bipod to arca.

The clamp just barely holds a arca-swiss type plate.

When you get that huge and heavy telephoto lens youve been wanting and realize it weighs considerably more than your camera you suddenly know why pro photographers attach a big lens itself to a tripod rather than the camera body
