Pros & Cons

Pros

Stevia has no bitter or aftertaste. This is the best tasting stevia out there.

Great for sweetening coffee, oatmeal, etc. It dissolves easily in cold water (my prior powder from another vendor needed hot water and vigorous stirring to dissolve) i use about 1/8 of a teaspoon ( equivalent to 2 teaspoons of sugar) in my coffee and ...  Read More

This gives it the bulk and crystalline texture of sugar. If citrusy is desired, salt, vanilla extract, peppermint and other herbs are great for taming and eliminating any aftertaste.

Cons

Sometimes the powder is predictably sweet and sometimes it is not sweet at all and has a strange taste. The stevia tastes fine, but if you think you are paying for 2oz—just know you are only getting half the amount at best. The other reviewers are rig...  Read More

This stuff is so bad that it's inedible. It's not just the aftertaste that's awful.

Quality

I have used it for several years now, bought several pounds of it, and it is always consistent in quality.

I’ve used it in coffee, tea, smoothies, and even baking, and it consistently delivers great results.

Nothing heavy duty, and certainly minimal baking.

The production date of this package is from 02/11/23, it is already a year old and expires in one more year.

Price

I've been buying stevia extract in plastic containers for over $12 an oz.

In the end, if the reviews and the cost appears high, assume the experience is genuine.

But as concentrated as it is, and for as expensive as it is, i'm treating it like a precious possession and will respect its force.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging is also convenient, with a resealable lid that keeps the powder fresh.

They didn't even ask for the product back, which is standard i suppose, but anyway, we are ordering another package of this sweetener.

Pictured here- this tiny amount was too much!

I was a little taken aback when the pkg arrived - it was so small compared to the big box stuff!

Competitiveness

I find the flavor better in coffee than other brands, and only need half as much as the trader joe’s version.

Have tried other brands and i get more value out if this brand.
