Mounting mechanism inserts into the cd slot nicely and is secured with a thumb twist screw. Even with an over sized hybrid case this mount continues to perform like a camp even over the roughest surfaces!

Great for holding my phone or tablet, i love that it can hold my phone top and bottom so it does not interfear with the side buttons.
The product does exactly what it's supposed to do.
It does bounce a bit with the weight of the ipad but that’s more the terrible roads in my city.

Suction cups fail when there are significant temperature or humidity changes which happen often here

Vent mounts block airflow and can be hard to position depending on the shape and size of your vents and i find they move a lot because the vent itself is designed to move

But its low enough that having my phone in this mount isnt blocking my view out the windshield anywhere
