Pros

Needed a dock for android auto, this is the only one on the market that worked perfectly. The charging aspect is a very good feature and perfect for my needs with this car.

The hinge is excellent. Lock is very strong and can also be tuned to have some freedom to move a bit or to rotate to horizontal. Holds great, connects well (a few retries to make a good connection).

Cons

The dock is convenient until the auto connection doesn't work. The phone reports that it cannot charge at full speed, and it jiggles loose over most bumps so it either has to reconnect or i have to remove the phone and re-slam it to get it to attach a... Read More

There's not nearly enough downforce on the phone from the internal spring. Usb c connector is too short so if using heavy duty case it doesn't reach the phone's jack. It is very flimsy.
