Cons

Pathetic flask begin smelling just after 2 use and also warm things begin to smell everytime. Cool jug is broken from bottom in pieces. On filling hot water when i closed its lid tightly it's exploded and burnt my hand and leg.

The behaviour and the responsibility of the company are not satisfactory. The packaging of the product is also not good. Package was damaged.

Products is defective. Unable to contact their customer service too. Please replace it. I am totally disappointed.
