Pros

It mixes quickly without clumping, in both an electric blender or a shaker. Upon mixing with almond milk the color turns to a gentle strawberry red.

There is a slight aftertaste from the sugar substitutes but it's hardly noticeable to me. The macros are also great, with 25g protein and only 3g total carbs, zero fat per 110kcal scoop. Good for lean muscle gain.



Cons

Honestly the taste is super fake and *. Not happy. I'm honestly not happy.

    Ive tried dozens of different protein powder isolates and complexes from pea protein to whey to casein and novelty flavours tend to be hitormiss its easy to get tired of them and many just taste odd
