This thing absolutely works 100%. This thing is awesome. This product is top notch. Worth buying it from amazon than from gnc as their price is doubled.

Chia seed that was added recently is clutch. I make jello gummy bearso popsicles.

This product really helps with recovery and allows me to get to the gym more days out of the week. It really seems to help me when i exercise and lessen any muscle soreness. Several others in the gym also use the alpha amino supplement.

Although it says bcaa & eaas, no where on the container or ingredients does it state eaasbut as a bcaa i loved it!
