Pros

Great flavor. Flavor is fine, mixes well. Item is of elevated quality!

This version has a little more caffeine at 200 mgs. This always gets me pumped for my workouts - whether it’s the powder or the ritual of taking it.

This is the best energy drink i have ever had! Swift to send. Can't beat it. Perfect amount of energy. Not too much not too little.

Cons

For a preworkout it's okay. It has alot of caffeine. Inside seal is broken, almost looks glued on. This brand & flavor is horrible.

Really good value and it does the job.

Has all the important electrolytes needed and cheaper than in local stores.

I purchased 3 tubs when they were on sale for around $25-30 a few months ago.

For the price, this is not bad.
