Pros
C4 premixed beverage is always ready to go and helps me do workouts where i wouldn't otherwise. Easy availability of this cold premixed energy drink is sometime all the difference between no workout and a good workout. Zero sugar, zero sodium.
The flavor (strawberry watermelon) is pretty good. The cherry limeade is delicious. The strawberry watermelon and cherry limeade are my favorite flavors.
Cons
Possibly cause leaky gut. The tops are out of whack making it awkward to drink.

Normally i buy them single at the gas station but this price was better than that by the case.
Tastes good keeps me awake price was good
It's good and we love it, but the prices are too high.

If im being honest inl dont remember how much it cost i remember it veing more than 20 i think either way this was a great product when i used it and tasted good however i became almost addicted to them and would drink one before work and like 2 before going to the gym with powderi want to note it was my personal choice to keep drinking so many the product does say the serving size and warnings about abusing preworkouts i just ignored it cause gym

Most of the time they do t offer ebt on the good flavors and there are so many energy drinks out there that are better priced

I discovered these after googling energy drinks looking for something strong but that wasnt full of garbage like the gas station ones
