The first two weeks my face would get super red, my lips will get really chapped. It's especially great on days when you don't really want to workout - gives you the perfect jumpstart.
Icy blue razz flavor is simply delicious. The flavor isn't too overwhelming or sweet. The blue raspberry tastes great too! The taste is good.
The flavor is great and immediately gets me jacked up for my work out. I appreciate that it mixes in quickly and easily, plus gives me that buzz of energy! The pros:- trustable brand for pre-workouts and good value for the amount.
Cons
Only ingredient that has any effect in this entire product is the 150mg of caffeine. Flavor is *, almost all of them except for pink lemonade. The strength is not even there, you need more than one scoop.

Little to no jitters were experienced and i purchased the item while it was on sale so there is a very high value for the money spent.
Love c4, highly recommend it best bang for your buck.
