I had a problem with other preworkouts containing too much caffeine or some other stimulant that would keep me awake if i drank it anytime after 12 pm i have a very low caffeine tolerance so take this with a grain of salt i dont have this problem with c4 unless im doing a night workout which is rare

Not sure if im not tolerant of this stuff but it gets me pumping every time works great gives me the energy i need to workout after long days at work excellent product when it is the powder and not an unscoopable clump always a classic preworkout
