Pros
The flavor is great and it mixes super easy. The taste is good, kinda like the candy sweattarts. The cherry limeade flavor tastes great and isn't too overpowering.
The 150mg with c4 is perfect for me personally. The one downside is that it does not fully dissolve in the recommended amount of water. It makes that last sip kind of rough.
There is the niacin itch the first few times you use it but your body adjusts. I use this everything morning before i go to the gym and it’s exactly what i need to get going. This is the greatest pre workout i have ever used.
Cons
Tried a scoop and a half on thursday, also nada. Flavor is *, almost all of them except for pink lemonade. A few minutes after ingesting a mixture (1 scoop) w/filtered water.

From the moment i opened the container, the sweet and refreshing scent of watermelon was an invigorating prelude to my workout.
