Pros

It is my favorite preworkout and seems to be the only prework out that consistently gives me a good pump every time i work out. Good taste, keeps you going at the gym.

C4 ripped contains niacin, which is good for you. Also contains creatine and super greens powder. Older and out of shape now, the stuff still doesn't dissapoint.

Cons

The product is not edible. Terrible heartburn. Also, blue raspberry tastes like grape medicine.
