Pros

The flavor is discernable and flavorful. It reminds me of a flavor of blue kool-aid and chalk. The flavor and taste for the arctic snow cone isn't bad at all.

Pre-workout powder gives me a significant boost in energy and motivation with minimal negative side effects. Some reviewers mention that this reduces their appetite, helped them lose weight, etc.

Bottom line, this product absolutely works and i recommend it! Nicely priced as well.

The tingly feeling actually makes me want to start working out and moving.

Cons

If you’re mixing it in water that’s any colder than room temperature, the sweetener will hardly dissolve. It smells like something is rotten and tastes like blue rot.
