Pros
The taste is amazing and it mixes well with water. The blue raspberry is actually pretty good. Love the watermelon flavor the most. One gulp is enough to have my cheeks and ears tingling.
The caffeine content is just right, not too much to make me jittery, but enough to keep me focused and alert. It helps motivate me to workout, and it helps me workout longer. Seems to increase energy and lessen muscle fatigue.
C4 sport pre workout powder is a pre-workout supplement that delivers results. The powder contains 3g of creatine monohydrate and 1g of arginine.
Cons
C4 is a total rip off. They do this while still listing the old packaging. This is deceptive and not right.

Powder dissolves easily, it taste good, and is effective.
It does help with endurance and focus, thanks to the caffeine and beta-alanine, but the taste is pretty dull.
Only use it for leg days bc other times it prevents me from falling asleep since the workout wasn’t hard enough
