Pros
The blue raspberry is actually pretty good. I like that it's not super nutri-sweet either.
This product lands well on my stomach and does not cause me any issues. Within about 10 minutes of drinking, i feel it kick in. It's much better than others i’ve tried because it lasts a lot longer.
It seems to give me a boost similar to energize. It makes me feel amazing and super energetic while working out. It helps get me going somewhat, but not crazy like skin-crawling i have to lift now!
Cons
It’s the best cheap pre-workout, but i definitely will not be buying again that is for sure. Very disappointed. This has nothing. No difference, no results.
This product is not legit. I have had products recalled from amazon in the past that were found to be knock offs. They do this while still listing the old packaging.

The c4 sport pre workout in blue raspberry gives a decent energy boost, but i was expecting more from such a well-known brand.

I used to buy optimum nutrition gold standard which is still a very great option but will be sticking with c4 for now
