Was nice to mix with only water taste was good but for adding extra calories mixing with milk 2 was a terrible idea
Effective you will gain more fat than muscle the bag is really bad idea and wont close so you have to tape it or use different container for it the scoop it really big and 8oz or liquid water or milk is not enough so you need to make it 12oz if you wanna drink or it will be really thick
