The effects of these pills lasts for hours. I take one every morning before i go to work and i work in an office so it helps curb my appetite up until 2-3pm. I only take one capsule a day as i don't think my heart could handle more than that!
My build is stocky, 190lbs. It’s important to stay hydrated while taking these. And be sure to stay very hydrated. Hydration is key.
These are hands down the best pre workout capsules i have used to date. Give me the kick i need, they give me the appetite suppressant i need to keep from overconsumption after a workout, and they have zero *.
Cons
Tossed these in the garbage. If you want a legit product check out anything pes makes. I'm very nervous the product is counterfeit, and since this is something you ingest, i won't risk it.
