The powder mixes well in 20 oz my shaker cup. The pic shows the mixture of half a tub of cellulor mixed with amazon elements chocolate protein. Tastes good, mixes well just love it.

Cons

Flavor is too sweet. Turns water into melted ice cream. Comes out so clumpy that every time i wash my shaker out, i see half of my protein mix wash down the drain.
