Packaging was nice and snug to ensure no damage during transit.
The packaging was super safe and the quality of the planters is beyond my expectation.

There is a drainage hole but theres no dish so you just have to make sure the pot doesnt leak

I took off a star because the rubber plugs to block the drainage hole at the bottom do not fit
