Pros
Contains all the conventionally recognised vitamins & minerals required for normal metabolic function. The presence of potassium iodide makes this a great option for people who do not eat natural sources of iodine or iodized salt.
Cons
Pills are medium size and flavorless. Found weird black discoloration on pills about half way through the bottle. The b12 in this multivitamin is cyanocobalamin synthetic.
Whenever i take this pill, my upper back receives a sharp pain and then my stomach starts hurting afterwards. The feeling is like you have ate bad/rotten food, which gives you pain and feels like your stomach can't handle it.
The items were delivered on september 2, 2023. Also not eligible for a return. They have very short expiration dates!

Their vitamins there’s not much to say but i’ve noticed i haven’t gotten sick in a long time i hope i didn’t just jinx myself but i take one every day i’m not a doctor but i have to believe they are working

There are 200 or so pills and the expiration date is about when the pills are used up if used every day
