Pros
Best multi-vitamin for me. Less expensive on amazon than at the local big chain pharma store. Better pricing that local * store.

They're also a nice citrusy treat. They taste great and are easy to chew and *.
Nails are stronger, hair is softer, skin is clear. My nails are healthier stronger and even have a different curve to them. The added benefits of helping hair, skin and nails is definitely noticeable.
Cons
The bottle smells like they are rotten and they taste rotten as well. Ingredients include a lot of excess in vitamins not required for daily intake. Will not be repurchasing.

I purchased the over 50 male version blue bottle and it is not anywhere as good as this one
