It has ginseng in it which gives me a little more energy when putting in 12 1/2 hours on the night shift working as a rn in the icu/ccu.
No real issue because the box is glued closed and there is a safety seal on the bottle.

To my surprise they did i actually felt better an the energy to get to work an it was natural energy not like these other pills that make you shake give you a headache an then u crash hard feeling like crap
