The three pins are well made and go into the outlets with ease.

They are both included in the set and fit snugly in the device and work great.

Luckily, every place we stayed (even in the bush) and also our car had at least two, or three usb outlets.

It also comes with an integrated c-connector cord for charging, but it is slower so i opted for one of the usb plugs instead.
