Pros
It has many hours of soothing softness and it really deeply heals the skin. It just seems to fit with my skin better and feels more moisturizing.
In 2 days he says it's less itchy and the redness has decreased by about 50%. I have very dry skin which becomes quite itchy at times, but this moisturizes so well that i rarely itch now!
It's very natural smelling and not unpleasant whatsoever. The scent is very subtle and pleasant. It is scent free. To me, it seems completely fragrance free.
Very thick and nourishing, but can be slightly hard to spread without mixing it. The squirt bottle is tricky as you learn early on you need to squirt this in your hands. I also love despite it being in squeeze bottle form, it has a lot in it.

I think the numbing effect really does help with the itching and it does seem to help the skin moisture retain but you know its just never enough with eczema
