Quality
Great product highly recommend however there wasn't a protective seal on the product when i received it which was worrying.
Packaging/appearance
Great alternative to vaseline, like the added extra of the ceramides to enhance skin replenishment.
Only problem is, on the very first use, the top of the packaging split open as i tried to squeeze product out of the open end.
We now just have to squeeze a bit of product out of the top of the broken packaging each day.
I think because it is too thick for the packaging.
Competitiveness
Then i ordered cerave healing ointment out of desperation.
A bit annoying but not the end of the world.

The expiry on the actual tube says 1021 but there’s also a label that’s been stuck on saying 022023
