Pros
Love it and bought a second tub. Price wise this beats many ceramide creams. I alternate of it with that of another brand which is half the price.
Texture is great and the moisturiser soaks into the skin well. Smooth on skin, creamy and silky. Very good moisturiser.
Cons
There is no seal on the jar and its label shows there isn't meant to be one. It says new on the top left hand side of the label, so presumably the formulae has changed.

Without a seal, anyone can contaminate, use and return.
One product for my entite body, including face, due to it being non-comedogenic.

Don’t be fooled by expensive brand creams this range exceeds them all at a fraction of the cost - highly recommended
Excellent value, great product for moisturising skin.

👍🏻the most important is the shipment arrived on time.
Packaging/appearance
The only downside is that it arrives with an openable container lid, which i’ve always wished would be sealed for added assurance.
Competitiveness
Didn't had any problems with it, didn't find a difference between the one bought from boots for example and the one from here.

My son had a really bad flare up and within 2 days he skin was nearly looking like normal instant hydration easy to apply thick texture will last a while
