Pros
Great packaging and lasts a long time. Only complaint is that it's quite pricey for the volume you get.
Loved it very moisturising and soothing. My skin feels hydrated and supple after just one use. I have eczema and very sensitive skin and they really gentle.
Daughter uses this in the mornings and it gives moisturiser and spf 25 all in one. The cream is very moisturizing with the added bonus of a spf. There is now a new version of this product with spf 50 sunscreen included.
Cons
Worst of all it itches, all day long until you can wash your skin. The lotion sits in the skin without being absorbed fully.
The product irritates my eyes, even though i do not apply it close to them and it takes hours for my eyes to recover. My skin is red raw all over and scaly. This still contains octocrylene, which is harmful to marine life and coral reef.

Competitiveness
This was the first cerave product i bought or used, and it's great.
I really love all the cerave products.
But this is a strong contender if you like cerave products.
I've always loved cerave products so my opinion may be bias.

If youre acne prone stay away from cerave suncream it causes acne to flare up would not recommend

Since nivea changes their q10 formula cheaper to make i suspect that doesn’t sink in and stings my skin i’ve gone through about 10 different creams trying to find a replacement

The big points no discernible scent of any kind

Having waited i can also tell you that what looks like a moderately expensive small tube lasts for ever

On balance i prefer the neutrogena city moisturiser for being a little thinner and having a good smell
