Pros
Clear crisp sounds with a really good base. Very easy to control volume treble and base. Easy to setup.
Great price with purchasing a refurbished one. And super easy to add to my amazon account. My only complaint is why would you send a white cord with a black echo.
The eero functionalities are seamless. She does more then siri but the things siri does doe it better but alexa definitely does a lot more. It's great to have in addition to siri, if you’re an apple user.

Don't waste your time buying a refurbished item. Amazon support was unable to assist me in resolving this issue. Seems like a scam to me.
This is the speaker for loud punchy bass with little fidelity or balance in the mid and upper range. It pauses about 20 to 30 times per song. It has to make its alert tone that it is connected and disconnected.
Any ecosystem for a ai is better than alexa.

Its twenty bucks to replace a single cord.
Great price with purchasing a refurbished one.
Packaging/appearance
Looks and works like new, packaging like new for half the price.
It was packaged as if it were brand new.
The only way you could tell that it was not was the sticker on the box.
Competitiveness
And other than my amazon studio speaker, the 4th generation is the best sounding speaker that amazon offers after it.
A genius alexa, she even makes me breakfast in the morning and tucks me in at nighthe's better company than my boyfriend, hehehe.
Like with other amazon refurbished items, it was indistinguishable from a brand-new version and works just as well.
