Pros

Easy to set up and can be customized to meet personal preferences. Qr code needed for setup is on the box.

Cons

After 1 hour with a ring tec. The lights are on dim full time and it constantly drops off line. When you call customer support they tell you that you have to wait for 30 days before you can register it on the app and use it!

I rarely write reviews, but this is frustrating. Not happy at all and evidently no recourse for replacement. Steer clear of this garbage.

The title claims it was certified refurbished but the camera was registered to someone else. Out come is i need another piece of ring equipment to get the unit to talk to my ring system. These are refurbished and a waste of time and money.

These are hard wired and work great no issues just replaced my old flood lights and the new led lights and much brighter.

It works great and has great video and images.

The lights can be dimmed or turned on full time.

The voice is sometimes garbled and the detection when on low setting for people picks up blowing spiders web turning on the lights

So far i am very pleased with the value.

You pay ring an additional charger per camera for video storage so it makes a whole house coverage quite expensive.

The digital video storage can get pricey when you have multiple units and that is my only complaint.
