Pros

Plug-in outlet needs to be handy for in hse units. Units are movable to other locations within your home.

We use this camera to detect movement in our entryway and it is amazing. Simple to add to existing app with outdoor camera. The resolution is really good in the daytime, not fabulous at night.

Cons

Day time recording is great, nighttime is horrible. Would not connect to wifi.

Night vision works perfect and motion detection is great and give off alerts

Works wonderfully, has great video quality, and is discreet.

In order to setup the camera you must use the ring power cable and box, using a substitute with the same usb-b cable will not work.

Full warranty if needed but mine are working great(so far).

You can add on as needed when you can afford to.

This is a great low cost security system.

It was priced low enough to justify it sitting in a little greenhouse to monitor temps and humidity.

I am a fan of ring products and the price of this camera was very reasonable for the price you get an extra eyes to protect your home.
