The only thing i do not like is the fact i can't rotate the camera from my phone you actually have to manually rotate it. I just wish the motion detection worked better at the top of the screen.

The batteries are useless. Just a scam to buy more stuff. Cameras are worthless and ring service is equally worthless. Save yourself money and sanity and just go with the wyze cams.

It looses connection every day and has to be reset / reconnected. Has to have account reset because their still registered into previous owners name. Even with no notifications, the batteries drain within a month.

The image is very pixelated, even during the day time. It was set to detect people only but constantly was being set off by my tiger grass blowing in the wind. The only clear images captured at night needs to be standing right in the light of the spot...  Read More

The last video is after i restarted it like they asked now it wont show color. Of course the live view option ceases to work on this refurbished camera. Only the refurbishedcamera gives me difficulty.
