Pros
They record video playback and for a small fee they will save it. Plenty of motion sensing and notification options. My only gripe is the night vision is not great.
The user software is really easy and intuitive. Voice instructions tell you what to do when installing it. My cameras are probably a 100 to 130 feet from router with no issues.
Cons
Tech support is painfully bad, trying to blame issues on customer rather than collaborating on fixing deficient performance. Now, i have it installed, but it keeps loosing connection where the cam plugs into the base. Due to delays in installing.
I feel they should be upfront and let you know that ahead of time. They keep saying that they are escalating it. It's the worst and frustrated the living * out of me.
Video never connects to my phone so i literally can't ever see live mode & when motion does get recorded all it shows me is a black screen. I understand that saving videos requires cloud storage but i am disappointed that ring could not provide so... Read More
This camera has the worst wireless connectivity of any camera. I am very tech savvy and do all of my own networking so this was extremely baffling. This camera model needs a more powerful ring wifi extender.

Quality
Not a flood light but lights up my backyard pretty well and the video quality is great.
It plugs into an outlet so i don’t have to do any wiring, the light is bright, and the picture quality is crystal clear.
Picture quality is average and it is difficult to see features on a person or car passing down the street.
Camera quality is good, motion detection is good, but the light is not very good.

Product came in original packaging with all manuals and parts still sealed in bags.

I have the floodlight camera and i much prefer it's 3000k color temp.

Device and app are top notch but this thing is pretty pricey to start with and to be able to use it for more than live viewing you have to pay a pretty hefty price every month

We showed it to the garbage company and with that proof they said their insurance company would be paying for repairs which no argument
