Cons

Never could get this one into setup mode or to do a hard reset. Tech support is painfully bad, trying to blame issues on customer rather than collaborating.

Same poor pixilated quality. Have been underwhelmed by this refurbished devise.

They keep saying that they are escalating it.

This camera has the worst wireless connectivity of any camera. I am very tech savvy and do all of my own networking so this was extremely baffling. This camera model needs a more powerful ring wifi extender.

Very good night vision and motion detection as well as picture quality.

Picture quality is average and it is difficult to see features on a person or car passing down the street.

The only thing with the ring system is that it seems you need a chime pro to connect anything to your network.
