The product was packed and i think it’s brand new as there was no difference in the one that was marked new that we were happy with and used prior so wanted another one for another property and at that price it was as like a gift these cameras work better than the highly priced ring door bell 4 to me as we use both

However i am annoyed with the set up palaver on the app which takes you through the set up step by step

I got as far as having mounted the unit to door frame to connecting to my wifi which then needed removing the cover plate pressing the tiny button on the right side of the unit for 5 seconds
