I use this in combination with lyderm for the patches that are genuinely intolerable. Has been a tremendous help to my eczema. Works great to stop itching and dandruff on my face.



Cons

The pump mechanism is there but no lever for it. It's lightly scented, smells like oats. It has alcohol base not good for people who have thick rush eczema.
