The capsules are easy to *, with no aftertaste like you get when you * a fish oil capsule. This effectively suppresses my appetite which is what i wanted.

Cons

Ceylon cinnamon is not cinnamon casia. Cassia contains a lot of coumarin, which can be toxic in large quantities.
